Job description

Helping Families Protect What Matters Most
For more than seven decades, we've helped working families across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand access valuable life, accident, and supplemental health benefit programs. Working with unions, credit unions, associations, and their members, our focus is on providing personalized guidance and dependable service throughout the benefits process.
Our approach is centered on relationships. Through virtual appointments, representatives work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs, answer questions, and help them navigate their available options from the convenience of home.
What You'll Do
As part of our remote team, you'll provide members with information and support while guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Connect with members who are seeking benefit information and assistance.
  • Review eligibility requirements and explain available programs.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and provide clear, timely answers.
  • Follow up with members to address outstanding questions and next steps.
  • Learn about individual needs and priorities through structured conversations.
  • Present appropriate coverage options based on each member's circumstances.
  • Assist with enrollment forms and required documentation.
  • Maintain professional and organized communication throughout the process.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about programs, products, and procedures.
  • Work alongside team leaders and mentors to continually strengthen your skills.
What You Can Expect
We provide the training, flexibility, and ongoing support needed to become confident in the position and continue developing professionally.
  • 100% remote / work from home
  • Comprehensive training and structured onboarding
  • Weekly compensation
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives
  • Flexible work environment
  • Benefits available after qualifying requirements are completed
  • Ongoing coaching and mentorship
  • Merit-based advancement opportunities
  • Leadership and professional development
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment
Build Something Long Term
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who want to develop professionally while helping families better understand and access their available benefits. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance into leadership roles.
If you're motivated, comfortable working with people, and interested in building a long-term career in a remote environment, we encourage you to apply.
