Working alongside our global leadership team, you will help define the next generation of AI, Data, Analytics services, driving our North American capability and creating innovative offerings that can be leveraged across our global business.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building as much as delivering. Someone who is equally comfortable engaging CIOs, Chief Data Officers and senior business leaders, developing people, shaping new service offerings and identifying opportunities for growth. We are looking for a recognised subject matter expert who understands where AI, Data, Analytics is heading, combines strategic vision with hands-on credibility, and wants to help shape the future of the Life Sciences industry.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Help shape and grow Tenthpin's AI, Data, Analytics capability, driving the North American practice whilst contributing to the evolution of our global offerings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, Chief Data Officers and senior business leaders across some of the world's leading Life Sciences organisations.
  • Identify, shape and pursue opportunities that create meaningful value for clients and accelerate the growth of our AI, Data, Analytics business.
  • Lead strategic proposals, RFPs and commercial discussions within your area of expertise.
  • Define and evolve innovative AI, Data, Analytics service offerings that complement Tenthpin's market-leading SAP capabilities.
  • Build, mentor and develop a high-performing team, creating a recognised capability and community of experts.
  • Champion thought leadership, helping clients understand emerging trends in enterprise data, AI and modern cloud technologies.
  • Remain hands-on with clients, helping solve complex business challenges whilst leading by example.

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant. You combine deep Data & Analytics, AI expertise with commercial awareness, consulting credibility and a passion for helping clients achieve meaningful business outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading AI, Data, Analytics strategy, transformation or advisory programmes within regulated Life Sciences environments.
  • An exceptional track record of acting as a trusted advisor to CIOs, Chief Data Officers and senior business leaders, whilst mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

·       Well-established relationships with C-level executives in the Life Sciences sector, particularly in AI, Data, Analytics.

  • Experience shaping and growing consulting capabilities, defining service offerings, leading proposals and RFPs, and supporting business development activities.
  • A strong understanding of Enterprise Data strategy, governance, modern data architectures and operating models, supported by experience with technologies such as SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Business AI, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, SAP MDG, Reltio or similar platforms.
  • A passion for AI, Data, Analytics and emerging technologies, combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach and accountability for successful client outcomes.
