We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 8 years of experience, including 3-4 years in Unemployment Insurance (UI) within the Public Sector. A bachelor's degree is required. Experience in government domains is preferred. Responsibilities include business requirements analysis (at least 6 years of experience), providing business solutions, creating prototypes and use cases, defining user requirements for production systems, generating process documentation and reports, and translating data into actionable insights. Proficiency with SQL is preferred. Must have at least 3-4 years of UI experience.
