• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, gathering detailed histories and identifying mental health needs to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to each client.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring secure and accurate record-keeping of client progress and treatment changes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team encompassing psychiatrists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings to discuss treatment approaches and optimize quality of care delivery.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with principles and strategies to manage and understand mental health issues.
• Stay current with ongoing professional development, research findings, and innovations in mental health to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

In this role, you will predominantly work with clients in the early stages of recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. Our patient population is diverse, including adults from various socio-economic backgrounds. As a critical component of their treatment journey, you will help individuals navigate their emotional challenges, build coping strategies, and foster resilience, always prioritizing their unique experiences and cultural backgrounds.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Florida is required.
• At least three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, with a strong background in solution-focused modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Depth of knowledge in treating co-occurring disorders, particularly around addiction and mental health challenges.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Proven track record in managing a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
