About This Role

As a Software Engineer at PhoneBurner, youll help invent and deliver entirely new product experiences powered by large language models (LLMs), intelligent automation, workflows, agents, and real-time communication systems.

Youll work closely with leadership, product, and design teams to rapidly prototype, experiment, iterate, and ship impactful solutions that improve customer engagement and sales productivity.


A Software Engineer is responsible for the following:

  • Building AI-powered product experiences that solve real customer problems
  • Rapidly prototyping solutions using modern AI tools, frameworks, agents, and automation platforms
  • Turning ideas into functional products quickly and efficiently
  • Developing intelligent workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, orchestration tools, and automation technologies
  • Improving sales productivity, answer rates, and customer engagement through AI-enhanced experiences
  • Working across the technology stack including frontend, backend, APIs, prompts, workflows, infrastructure, and integrations
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, leadership, and design teams
  • Continuously testing ideas, learning from feedback, and improving solutions
  • Helping shape and improve AI-first software development processes and best practices

Compensation: $128,000 - $173,000 annually plus benefits

Note: Salary will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Individual compensation reflected in this posting represents base salary only and does not include bonus or additional incentive compensation, if applicable.
