The Health IT Data Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical products that enable Government leadership to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. This is a remote position requiring all work be performed in the continental United States. US Citizenship is required for consideration for this position.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop operational and executive dashboards.
  • Perform quantitative analysis of healthcare and operational data.
  • Build recurring and ad hoc reports.
  • Validate data quality and investigate anomalies.
  • Create visualizations supporting executive decision-making.
  • Perform trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
  • Document reporting methodologies and business rules.
  • Support performance measurement initiatives.
  • Present findings to Government stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years of data analytics experience.
  • Experience developing Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
  • Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust suitability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare analytics experience.
  • Federal reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.

Compensation

Expected Salary Range: $70,000โ€“$75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location (if applicable), and final contract funding.

This position is expected to support a federal customer. Employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of any required background investigation or security requirements.
