Entry Level Customer Sales Representative (100% Remote)

100% Remote | United States & Canada | Full-Time | Paid Weekly | Training Provided | No Cold Calling

A Remote Career With Room to Grow

A strong career doesn't always begin with years of experience.

AO Globe Life is looking for Entry Level Customer Sales Representatives who enjoy working with people, are comfortable communicating virtually, and want to develop valuable sales and client service skills in a remote environment.

Previous insurance or sales experience is not required. Training is provided to help new team members learn the products, technology, and client process before handling appointments independently.

What the Role Looks Like

This is a client-facing position focused on helping individuals who have already requested information.

Rather than spending the day making random cold calls, representatives connect with scheduled clients, learn about their needs, explain available options, and help guide them through the next steps.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting scheduled phone and virtual appointments with clients
  • Learning about each client's questions, goals, and priorities
  • Presenting benefit options in a clear and professional manner
  • Answering questions and providing accurate information
  • Helping clients understand the options available to them
  • Maintaining organized client and appointment records
  • Completing follow-ups when needed
