This role is specifically designed for those who are passionate about facilitating personal growth and mental well-being in diverse client groups. You will engage with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a supportive telehealth environment, playing a crucial role in helping them navigate their emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

About the Organization

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a workspace that suits your needs while providing the tools and support necessary for optimal client engagement from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth facility is equipped with user-friendly technologies that ensure seamless communication and interaction with clients, ensuring that you can focus entirely on delivering high-quality care without administrative distractions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft detailed and personalized treatment plans that align with client goals, ensuring follow-up and progress monitoring.
  • Provide consistent support, tools, and strategies that empower clients to work through emotional and psychological hurdles.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consult with healthcare professionals to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that meets licensing and organizational standards for care delivery.
  • Engage in continuing education to stay informed on evolving best practices and methodologies in the counseling field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele representing various demographic backgrounds, ages, and presenting issues. Patients may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other psychological concerns. Your cultural awareness and sensitivity will be key in building trust and rapport needed for effective treatment.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of an active professional license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate clients.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practices and professional development.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with a variety of clinical issues, particularly in individual and group counseling modalities.
  • A proven track record of effective case management and outcome-based therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with salaries ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, we offer:

  • Access to numerous client referrals, allowing you to build a robust client base.
  • A focus on your professional practice—our administrative team handles all billing and paperwork.
  • Flexible scheduling options to maintain a healthy work-life balance, prioritizing your well-being alongside that of your clients.
  • Support from an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to ensure you receive the resources necessary for personal wellness.
