Key Responsibilities

• Deliver brief individual therapy to clients enrolled in our program, closely monitoring their clinical progress and adapting treatment strategies accordingly.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for your active caseload, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies.
• Utilize your knowledge in pain psychology to offer informed clinical care, addressing the intricate relationship between psychological pain and physical conditions.
• Establish rapport with patients and their families, using empathy and effective communication skills to encourage collaboration and trust.
• Exercise sound clinical judgment in diagnosing and managing mental health issues, always upholding an attitude of excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with an active and valid license to practice in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services in a therapeutic or health-related setting.
• Knowledge of privacy, health, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and protect client confidentiality.
• Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to build therapeutic alliances with patients.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for developing effective treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate and well-documented patient records in a digital format.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
