We are seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) residing in the United States who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare to diverse populations across the United States.
At Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Solutions, our mission is to empower clients to use their individual strengths to gain insight into their challenges and feel more in control of their lives. As part of our expanding team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and psychologists.
This is a fully remote position, offering both telehealth and in-person opportunities based on patient and program needs. We offer flexible scheduling:
  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking providers available for a minimum of 10–20 hours per week.
The Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and follow-up care to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Our practice utilizes a robust Electronic Health Records (EHR) system with an integrated telehealth platform to ensure efficient and secure service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania CRNP license with prescriptive authority
  • Active DEA registration
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients across the lifespan
