As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering individualized psychotherapy services to clients experiencing mental health issues. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address client needs and facilitate their progress.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide seamless and effective care for patients, discussing treatment strategies in regular case consultations.
• Engaging with patients and their families to provide education on mental health issues, available treatments, and community resources to enhance their support networks.
• Staying informed of the latest research and innovations in the mental health field to improve clinical practice and outcomes continually.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups experiencing a multitude of mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating your competence in managing complex patient cases.
• Proficiency in a range of solution-focused interventions, with a solid understanding of different therapeutic modalities to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure, contributing insights and strategies to improve overall patient care.

• Proven experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings, demonstrating familiarity with digital health platforms.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or with trauma-informed care models.
• Background in community mental health, crisis intervention, or psychoeducation, enhancing your capacity to address diverse client needs.
