• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that care plans are aligned with their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions based on comprehensive assessments to address identified needs.
• Manage administrative tasks such as billing, documentation, and the completion of individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms, all within specified time frames to maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans that are essential for supporting stable functioning among patients.
• Collaborate with patients to create personalized discharge plans that outline continued care strategies after they leave therapy.
• Adhere to all relevant state and federal laws as well as organizational policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional growth by participating in training and educational opportunities, ensuring that your skills remain current and effective.
• Take part in case consultations and agency meetings to provide insights and strategies that enhance patient care and the overall effectiveness of the clinic.
• Complete all mandatory training and licensure requirements to maintain professional standing and provide the highest level of care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Concentra, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Our focus is on ensuring that every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. By employing evidence-based methods, you can make a tangible difference in the lives of those facing mental health challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)) in the state of Texas.

• Experience providing therapy in a community health setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and billing procedures is a plus.

This full-time remote position offers competitive compensation in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and licensure. In addition to salary, you will have access to an attractive benefits package including:
