Evolve and Change Mental and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility to deliver quality care to clients from the comfort of their own homes. The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with license and experience.

The work setting for this role is completely remote, allowing you to provide telehealth services from anywhere. • Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify their mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions that address the specific needs and goals outlined during assessments.
• Maintain accurate billing, documentation, and treatment plans in compliance with the prescribed timeframes, ensuring adherence to insurance protocols.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that support patients in maintaining stable and healthy functioning.
• Formulate discharge plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their ongoing care and support post-therapy.
• Adhere to federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies to ensure ethical and legal practice in all therapeutic engagements.
• Dedicate time to maintaining professional competence through ongoing training and participation in continuing education opportunities.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights, collaborate on challenging cases, and enhance therapeutic approaches.
• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to remain compliant with state regulations and uphold high standards of practice.

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field required for licensure.
• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Tennessee.

• Experience in providing telehealth services in a mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Background in trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote sessions efficiently.
