The Mind Wellness Network Association is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic outpatient mental health clinic. This full-time role offers flexibility through a remote work setup, allowing you to deliver high-quality mental health services to clients from the comfort of your home, while also maintaining an essential connection to the community we serve.

As part of our outpatient mental health clinic, you will work within a supportive team that values collaboration and innovation. Although remote, our clinicians engage regularly through telehealth platforms, utilizing technology to provide quality care. You'll have the tools necessary for effective communication and coordination with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of client care.

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths, ensuring personalized care.
• Provide evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions, adjusting them as needed based on client progress.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering a sense of community and support.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, consulting with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to create integrated treatment approaches.
• Perform crisis interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning, to provide immediate support to clients in distress.
• Document all client interactions comprehensively and in a timely manner according to legal and ethical standards.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, empowering clients through knowledge and shared experiences.

This role directly impacts individuals of all ages experiencing a range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and stress-related issues, among others. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and improved quality of life.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods and therapeutic approaches relevant to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building rapport with clients and conducting effective assessments.

While not required, experience working in telehealth settings or with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those with trauma histories, will be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a significant compensation package, we provide:
