• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring a clear understanding of their circumstances.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, incorporating evidence-based practices that cater to individual client goals.
• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities; this may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, setting therapeutic objectives and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the treatment trajectory.
• Monitor and document client progress accurately in our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all privacy laws and organizational standards.

Our therapists work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The focus is on providing culturally competent and sensitive care, adapting therapy approaches to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients quickly, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Empathy and understanding in navigating clients' experiences, along with a commitment to ethical practices and respect for confidentiality.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms for delivering mental health services and comfort in leveraging technology to enhance client interactions.
• Background in working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally specific issues related to mental health.
• Proficiency in documenting therapy sessions in a timely manner, with experience using electronic health record systems.
• Certification or training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-informed care, grief counseling, or substance use treatment.
