• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans that adhere to established best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) during virtual sessions, customizing interventions for each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals through virtual consultations, enhancing the holistic care provided to clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to improve service quality, utilizing video conferencing tools.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, maximizing the impact of your support.

• Stay current on mental health trends and advancements through virtual training opportunities, applying new knowledge to enhance your clinical practice.

In this role, you will manage a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) in the state of New York.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health treatment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships using virtual platforms.

• Proficient in working both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team.

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
