Job description

Own Deals. Close Deals. Build Equity.

Location: Remote (U.S. market focus)
Type: Performance-based, operator track
Experience Required: None in M&A — execution mindset required

Overview

The Acquisition Consultant role is the entry point into executing real business acquisitions.

You won’t be learning theory—you’ll be working directly with buyers, live deal flow, and an experienced M&A team to structure and close acquisitions of cash-flowing businesses.

This is a role for operators who want to:

  • Build real income from transactions

  • Develop acquisition skill sets

  • Transition into business ownership over time

You focus on sourcing and advising.
We handle infrastructure, deal execution, and backend operations.

What You’ll Do

As an Acquisition Consultant, your core responsibility is to move deals forward.

1. Work with Buyers

  • Run consultations with qualified acquisition buyers

  • Understand acquisition criteria (industry, size, goals)

  • Guide them through the acquisition process

2. Match Buyers to Deals

  • Leverage live, off-market deal flow

  • Present relevant acquisition opportunities

  • Coordinate with the internal M&A team

3. Structure & Progress Deals

  • Assist in drafting LOIs (Letters of Intent)

  • Move deals through diligence and negotiation

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and lenders

4. Close Transactions

  • Work alongside our team to bring deals to completion

  • Participate in negotiations and final structuring

  • Earn transaction-based compensation and equity participation

What You Get

You’re not operating alone—you’re plugged into a full acquisition system.

Deal Infrastructure

  • Access to vetted, off-market deal flow

  • Internal M&A advisory team

  • Legal, finance, and underwriting support

Capital & Financing

  • Lender network (institutional + private capital)

  • Structured financing pathways for buyers

  • Support navigating deal funding

Training & Execution Support

  • Live weekly sessions with active operators

  • Playbooks for sourcing, structuring, and closing

  • Real-time deal support—not just education

Back Office & Systems

  • CRM, deal tracking, and pipeline management

  • Buyer qualification frameworks

  • Standardized acquisition workflows

Who This Is For

This role is designed for people who want to execute—not observe.

Strong fits include:

  • Operators, consultants, or sales professionals

  • Entrepreneurs looking to transition into ownership

  • People with strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Individuals willing to commit consistent weekly time to deal execution

You do not need:

  • Prior M&A experience

  • A finance or investment background

  • Existing deal flow or capital

What Success Looks Like

Top Acquisition Consultants:

  • Build a pipeline of active buyers

  • Close multiple deals per year

  • Develop equity positions in acquired companies

  • Transition into acquisition ownership roles over time

This is not a passive role—it rewards consistency, follow-through, and execution.

The Acquisition NetworkThe Infrastructure Behind Every Deal

The Acquisition Network is the operating ecosystem that powers everything you do as a Consultant.

Instead of building relationships, deal flow, and infrastructure from scratch, you plug into an existing system designed to execute acquisitions at scale.

What the Network Provides1. Live Deal Flow
  • Access to vetted, off-market acquisition opportunities

  • Businesses across multiple industries and sizes

  • Continuously updated pipeline

2. Operator & Advisor Access
  • Active dealmakers, operators, and acquisition specialists

  • Direct support on live transactions

  • Guidance from people currently executing deals

3. Capital & Lending Ecosystem
  • Institutional lenders and private capital sources

  • Structured financing pathways for acquisitions

  • Support navigating underwriting and approvals

4. Execution Infrastructure
  • Entity formation, banking, and financial systems

  • Payroll, staffing, and operational support post-acquisition

  • Tools used by real acquisition teams and private equity groups

5. Acquisition Playbooks
  • Step-by-step frameworks for:

    • Buyer qualification

    • Deal sourcing

    • LOI structuring

    • Negotiation and closing

  • Built from real transactions—not theory

How the Network Works

You are not expected to do everything.

Instead:

  • You drive the front-end (buyers, relationships, deal momentum)

  • The network supports execution (deal structuring, financing, closing)

This division allows you to:

  • Focus on high-value activities

  • Move faster than operating independently

  • Close deals with institutional-level support

Why This Model Is Different

Most people interested in acquisitions face three barriers:

  • No deal flow

  • No capital access

  • No execution support

The Acquisition Network removes all three.

Instead of learning for years before acting, you:

  • Start working on real deals immediately

  • Build experience through execution

  • Develop the foundation to eventually own businesses

Career Path

Most participants follow a progression:

1. Partner (Optional)
Start by referring deals and building exposure

2. Acquisition Consultant
Actively work on and close deals

3. Acquisition Owner
Acquire and operate businesses with the network

Bottom Line

This is a system designed for execution.

If you want to:

  • Work on real acquisitions

  • Earn from transactions

  • Build toward ownership

You’ll be supported by a network built to do exactly that.
