Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to ensure tailored support.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate outcomes as a collaborative team member, providing necessary adjustments to care strategies.
  • Deliver educational support and resources to families to enhance their childโ€™s development, focusing on physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to design a tailored plan with each family.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to maintain the integrity of services provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus
