• Provide individual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, employing evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather client history and understand their unique therapeutic needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting therapeutic techniques as necessary to ensure effective care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress in accordance with all legal and ethical guidelines, safeguarding client confidentiality and privacy.
• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall quality of care within our network.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops, training sessions, and webinars to stay current in the field of mental health.

Our clinic serves a diverse array of clients, including adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Each therapist will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds, enhancing their understanding of the unique perspectives and challenges faced in today’s world. As a therapist, your role will be pivotal in facilitating healing, empowerment, and growth for each individual you work with.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a therapist in the state of Virginia, with credentials recognized as either LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Strong written communication skills for the thorough documentation of client sessions and adherence to clinical standards.
• Clean professional record without any disciplinary actions taken by licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities or approaches are a plus, including trauma-informed care or group therapy.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with best practices for virtual therapy.

We offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
