This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. Our outpatient model means you will work with clients in a virtual setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct sessions. • Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the individual needs of a varied client base.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client challenges and develop personalized treatment plans that account for their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Provide therapy through multiple modalities, including individual counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy, depending on client needs.
• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting, tracking and assessing their progress throughout the therapeutic process to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain current and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations, utilizing our user-friendly management platform for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay informed of the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies to provide high-quality care.

Your client caseload will be diverse, spanning various demographics and presenting a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and helping clients develop coping strategies that promote long-term wellness.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• You must hold a full license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW from the State Board, enabling you to provide independent therapy.

While the minimum experience requirement is two years in a mental health counseling role, preference may be given to candidates with a broader range of experience, particularly in outpatient settings or specializing in various therapeutic modalities.
