  • Manage network hardware lifecycle, capacity planning, availability, and performance optimization.
  • Coordinate with IT leadership, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are appropriately planned, staffed, monitored, and delivered.
  • Develop operational metrics and provide clear reporting on network availability, performance, service delivery, and improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular operational meetings, service reviews, and technical strategy discussions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of five years of experience leading network engineering and operations teams.
  • Experience supporting a global, 24x7 enterprise environment.

  • Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity planning, and operational governance.
  • Strong project-management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a professional services, legal, financial services, or other highly regulated environment.
  • Cisco CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, or Cisco SD-WAN certification.
  • CISSP, CISM, or a comparable security certification.
  • Prior experience managing IT services within a law firm or legal environment.
