The Humanist Self Recovery Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our progressive telehealth practice. This full-time remote position involves supporting individuals in their mental health journeys, utilizing an empathetic approach while implementing best practices in therapy and treatment.

Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing counselors to engage with clients from the comfort of their own spaces. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our remote infrastructure includes advanced telehealth systems that facilitate seamless communication, collaboration, and comprehensive client support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring a focus on client well-being and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Regularly assess and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs through collaborative review sessions with the clinical team.
  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Provide guidance and education to families and caregivers, equipping them with tools and strategies to support clients effectively at home.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
