Position: Remote Call Center Liaison

  • Start Date: Early September 2026
  • Equipment Provided and Shipped directly to your home
  • Paid Training Included
  • Weekly pay/Full time hours
  • Schedule: Must be able to work any 8‐hour shift assigned to you Monday–Friday between 8 AM–10 PM EST.

***Must be located in a one of the following approved US states- OHIO, ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, NEVADA , KANSAS, WEST VIRGINIA,TENNESSEE, GEORGIA, MISSOURI, LOUISIANA, OKLAHOMA, MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA and TEXAS***

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Escalate risks early to protect staffing stability
  • Demonstrate comfort with escalation management
  • Daily monitoring of performance, attendance, participation
  • Possibly help Identify at‐risk agents early and intervene
  • If needed maybe assist with tracking early attrition trends and escalate patterns
  • Show confidence discussing daily KPI monitoring
  • Track team‐wide performance trends
  • No authority over headcount, systems etc;
  • Collaborate with operations team

Requirements: MUST HAVE 2+ years of RECENT call center leadership or manager experience

(NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Recent experience in leadership with awesome communication, and conflict‐resolution skills.
  • Ability to work any shift within 8 AM–9PM EST/CST, Monday–Friday.
  • Tech‐savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
  • Reliable high‐speed internet and quiet workspace. (NO MOBILE HOTSPOTS ALLOWED)
