Remote NOCs use specialized tools to oversee servers, networks, and other critical systems, providing support without needing to be physically present at the client site. Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a carefully screened population of clients at Lyra Health, consisting solely of stable adults with low-acuity needs. This ensures that you can focus your expertise on individuals who are looking for guidance rather than struggling with severe mental health conditions. Our client matching process considers your specialties and demographic preferences, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications
  • You are required to hold a Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • You must possess a valid license from the state board, allowing you to practice unsupervised:

    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • We expect you to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and maintain a sympathetic nature towards clients' diverse experiences.
  • Adeptness with technology, including teletherapy platforms, is essential.
Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms, as this is integral to our work structure. Familiarity with a variety of therapy techniques or specialties, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), couples therapy, or trauma-informed care, will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: Annual earnings range from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
  • Sign-on Bonus: A signing incentive is offered to help you get started on the right foot.
  • Health Stipend: Full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend.
  • Weekly Direct Deposit: Enjoy the convenience of receiving your earnings weekly.
  • Minimal Paperwork: You can focus on meeting clientsโ€™ needs while we handle the administrative tasks, including billing and marketing.
Career Growth Opportunities

Lyra Health is committed to fostering the professional development of our counselors. Full-time counselors have the opportunity to develop their private practice and expand their caseload, often achieving a full schedule within weeks. As our practice grows, you will have the chance to take on more responsibilities and potentially lead initiatives within a supportive team environment.
