• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' concerns, utilizing standardized evaluation tools.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating client input to set achievable goals.
• Deliver therapy to individuals, families, and groups using various evidence-based practices tailored to meet specific needs.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, equipped to support clients facing acute emotional distress or emergencies.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and advocacy for clients.
• Engage clients in educational discussions about mental health and available community resources, empowering them to advocate for their own wellness.
• Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in the mental health field through ongoing professional training and networking opportunities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base encompassing individuals, couples, families, and various age groups, including children and adolescents. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trusting relationships with clients.

• Experience in practical settings that require crisis intervention skills.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
