• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster personal growth and enhance emotional well-being.
• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress toward achieving these objectives.

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. We prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, ensuring they receive the comprehensive support required to navigate their mental health journeys. Clients may range from children to adults, each requiring a customized approach to treatment.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members alike.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to counseling are essential for this role.
• Capacity to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization amidst a diverse caseload.

While candidates with a broad range of counseling experience are encouraged to apply, those with specific backgrounds in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or family therapy will find their skills particularly valuable in this role. Relevant experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is a plus and will be advantageous in serving our client population effectively.
