Our work environment is entirely remote, allowing our counselors to conduct therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to pinpoint each client's unique mental health needs while formulating personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic practices using secure digital platforms that resonate with the client’s individual requirements and goals.
• Engage clients in establishing therapeutic objectives, providing continual support and monitoring throughout the course of their treatment.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches designed to suit the preferences and therapeutic goals of each client, adapting your methodologies as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation of each therapy session to track client progress and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Our client population encompasses a diverse range of individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related concerns. Our counselors work with adults, adolescents, and families, tailoring their therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each demographic, ensuring broad and inclusive care.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport and develop a therapeutic relationship with clients through virtual interactions.
• Strong empathetic disposition and deep understanding of the human experience, particularly in navigating mental health challenges.
• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities to manage multiple therapy sessions and maintain detailed documentation.

While not required, additional experience in telehealth services, specialized therapeutic approaches, or work with particular populations (such as children or LGBTQ+) is considered advantageous. Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and other telehealth software platforms is also beneficial.

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to licensed professionals joining our network.
