As a remote position, our Licensed Mental Health Counselor role offers flexibility and convenience while maintaining high standards of care. • Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to assess mental health needs and create personalized treatment strategies with specific attention to children and adolescents.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address client-specific goals.
• Employ behavior management techniques tailored to the unique needs of clients, and effectively monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintain detailed and compliant medical records, ensuring all documentation adheres to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular professional development activities, including attending workshops and supervision sessions, to stay current with the latest therapeutic methodologies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide a well-rounded approach to client care.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing rapport with younger clients and their families, tailoring interventions to meet their unique developmental needs and circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a commitment to client-centered care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing effective therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is advantageous but not required.

• Experience specifically in child and adolescent therapy settings.
• Proficiencies in specific therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral systems for clients in need of additional support services.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
