• Provide ethical, compassionate mental health counseling via video sessions, allowing clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their homes.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each individual’s unique situation and needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the varying mental health requirements of your clients, ensuring they have personalized pathways to improvement.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who experience a variety of mental health concerns. Your role is pivotal in helping these individuals enhance their quality of life by equipping them with vital skills and strategies for achieving emotional well-being and stability.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling).
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice. We do not provide supervision, so please include your credentials and licensure state in your application.
• Licenses such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW are essential; provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.
• A clean disciplinary record, with no actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong proficiency with computer technology and telehealth platforms.
• Access to a computer with webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate virtual sessions and a reliable internet connection.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, supporting a variety of mental health issues.
• A familiarity with utilizing digital platforms for documentation and client interactions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competencies in mental health care.
