Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, incorporating clinical history and personal circumstances into actionable, personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring their comfort and progress throughout interventions.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and actively monitor their progress, adjusting plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Offer teletherapy options to ensure flexible access for clients, particularly those facing accessibility issues or preferring a virtual approach.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring quality care and accountability.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, staying current on best practices, methods, and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field combined with at least two years of relevant professional experience post-licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with diverse clients.
• Diverse clinical backgrounds, including trauma-informed care practices, are appreciated and encouraged.
• Capability to manage multiple client needs while maintaining organizational integrity in case management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, candidates with experience in telehealth or working within a rehabilitation center environment will be prioritized. Successful candidates will also demonstrate empathy, an understanding of therapeutic modalities, and familiarity with providing care in a remote setting.
