Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 / Annually

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours with participation in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support as needed.

About The Company: We are partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support and maintain its enterprise network infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of networking technologies while collaborating with senior technical staff on infrastructure improvements and modernization initiatives.

Job Description:

The Network Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, maintenance, and support of enterprise network systems. This individual will focus on ensuring network reliability, security, and performance while assisting with infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on networking professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues and is eager to expand their technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support enterprise networking environments, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and remote connectivity solutions.

• Monitor network performance and respond to operational issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

• Troubleshoot routing, switching, and connectivity problems across multiple locations and systems.

• Implement approved network changes in accordance with established change management procedures.

• Maintain and support network security controls, including firewall rules, VPN connections, and access management policies.

• Assist with hardware installations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.

• Evaluate network utilization and performance trends to help optimize capacity and efficiency.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational processes.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.

• Experience managing Cisco-based routing and switching infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of switching technologies, including VLANs, trunking, Spanning Tree, EtherChannel, and QoS.

• Working knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF and EIGRP; BGP experience is a plus.

• Experience supporting network security technologies, including ACLs, NAT/PAT, and IPSec VPNs.

• Familiarity with enterprise network services such as DNS and DHCP.

• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

• Understanding of cloud networking concepts, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.

• Exposure to authentication technologies such as AAA and RADIUS is preferred.

• Experience supporting VoIP platforms is a plus.

• CCNA certification strongly preferred; CCNP or advanced networking certifications are a plus.
