Work Location:

Iflocatednear a Rackspace office,you'llwork a hybrid schedule... 2 days in the office and three days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the technical point of escalation to the Cloud Support and Engineering teams; resolving customer issues.

  • Monitor and provide maintenance for all related infrastructure.

  • Ensure the control, integrity, and accessibility of the cloud environment.

  • Implements large, complex enterprise-class solutions.

  • Lead tasks relating to system architecture enhancements, problem management, fleet.

  • Lead Workload/Workforce Management and Optimization related tasks.

  • Provide technicalexpertiseunderpinning communications targeting a range of stakeholders - from individual contributors to leaders across the business.

Qualifications:

  • Advance knowledge and experience of virtualization technologies,Windowsand Unix/Linux operating systems.

  • Advance knowledge and experience of network and server hardware infrastructures and storage technologies (NAS, SAN).
