• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that promote positive mental health outcomes.
• Administer various therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and adhering to ethical practices.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to create a network of robust support for clients.
• Provide education to clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, thereby empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys with confidence.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and regular peer review meetings, keeping abreast of the latest trends and advances in mental health care.

Your clients will include adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Your empathetic approach will help clients build resilience and develop coping strategies to manage their unique challenges. By understanding their backgrounds and individual circumstances, you will play a crucial role in fostering their personal growth and mental wellness.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong therapeutic alliances with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess client needs and guide them through effective interventions.
• A commitment to collaborative teamwork, valuing input from colleagues and embracing a culture of learning and growth.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health counseling is preferred, demonstrating your ability to handle a range of therapeutic scenarios.
• Prior experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with a range of evidence-based therapeutic practices will enhance your capacity to contribute effectively to our team.
