• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and effective treatment strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

As a member of our dedicated team, you will work primarily with vulnerable populations with limited access to mental health care. Your clients may be navigating a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. The ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse clientele is essential to fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and remote telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a remote or telehealth environment, applying virtual engagement techniques.
• Background in community outreach and providing services to underserved populations.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
