Job description

PRODUCT MANAGER – monday.com Applications

The Job Overview

AXANEXA is hiring a Product Manager – monday.com Applications to join our team. This is a mid-level position to transform internal prototypes into scalable, productized applications that can be packaged and sold to customers. As a monday.com Platinum Partner, AXANEXA helps customers get the most out of their monday.com experience by offering implementation, integration, and custom app development services.

This is a full-time position featuring flexible hours, remote work, PTO, and benefits.

Responsibilities

Client & Sales Support

  • Serve as the primary product-facing contact for prospects and existing clients, supporting the sales process with demos, discovery calls, and solution scoping
  • Articulate the value and functionality of our monday.com applications clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Gather detailed client feedback and use cases to inform the product roadmap
  • Support successful product handoffs and onboarding after deals close

Development Liaison

  • Translate client needs and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for our development team
  • Work closely with developers on monday.com API usage, Make.com automations, and custom integrations-you don't write the code, but you understand what you're asking for
  • Participate in QA and validation to ensure delivered functionality matches what was promised to clients
  • Maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and onboarding materials

Product Development & Packaging

  • Help productize and standardize our internal monday.com builds into repeatable, scalable offerings
  • Define the board structures, automations, dependencies, and integration logic required for each product package
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce friction in implementation and ongoing use
  • Maintain and improve products based on post-deployment feedback from clients and internal teams

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Required

  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience building and administering monday.com environments - not just using it as an end user
  • Deep familiarity with monday.com's core capabilities: boards, automations, integrations, dashboards, forms, and column dependencies
  • Comfort working with the monday.com API and automation tools such as Make.com
  • Proven ability to translate complex business processes into structured system requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can explain a technical concept to a CFO and a developer in the same day
  • Experience in a client-facing or sales-support capacity, ideally in a SaaS or professional services environment
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional - you will have access to proprietary product architecture and client information; integrity is non-negotiable
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment

Strongly Preferred

  • Background in resource management, project management, or operations - ideally with exposure to staffing or workforce planning workflows
  • Experience packaging or productizing internal tools into customer-facing, repeatable solutions
  • Prior work at or with a monday.com partner, reseller, or implementation consultancy
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and solution selling
  • Exposure to enterprise clients and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with monday apps framework or custom UI development (you won't build it, but knowing what's possible helps)
  • Background in CRM, ERP, or professional services automation platforms
  • A systems-thinker mindset - you find gaps before clients do
