Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and driving projects from concept through production.
Strong experience supporting and managing Candescent (formerly NCR) or similar Remote Deposit/Capture platforms.
Java and Microservices/API development, integration, and support.
OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) deployment and administration.
Windows Server and Linux administration.
Connect: Direct administration and managed file transfer support.
Microsoft SQL Server database support, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Software build, deployment, release, and environment management.
Vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security compliance.
Production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Vendor management and coordination for upgrades, issue resolution, and roadmap planning.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Remote Deposit Capture, banking payments, or financial services applications.
