Program Management Specialist
The Opportunity:
As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of US Navy intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using Microsoft office products and regular interactions with Navy clients, industry partners, and program vendors to ensure the program meets key milestones and deliverables.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment supporting the DoW or a government agency
  • 2+ years of experience with Navy ISR systems
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams for collaboration
  • Ability to devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience employing AI Tools in a DoD environment
  • Possession of excellent communication, attention to detail, collaboration, and time management
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree
  • PMP Certification
  • Agile Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
