Position Summary

HumanTouch is looking for a Data Visualization Analyst who transforms complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable visual insights that support business decision-making. This role partners with client stakeholders across to understand reporting needs, develop dashboards and visualizations, and communicate key trends, patterns, and opportunities through effective storytelling with data.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence and data visualization tools.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful visual representations tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting objectives.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and visualizations.

  • Create standardized reporting frameworks, templates, and data visualization best practices.

  • Present findings and recommendations through visual storytelling techniques that support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to improve data accessibility and usability.

  • Monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements based on user feedback.

  • Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, data sources, and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3-5 Years of experience creating dashboards and data visualizations in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies, and data visualization principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques.

  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate technical information into business-friendly insights.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marine Corps experience

  • Secondary repairables (any service)

  • Navy ERP familiarity
