Program Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Federal Acquisition Management professional, you understand that strong acquisition execution, procurement coordination, and program operations support are critical to mission success. We're looking for a professional who can support a Navy client by developing and maintaining acquisition and procurement documentation, coordinating staffing and signature packages, tracking program actions, and helping keep leadership informed through clear briefs and status updates.
On our team, you will provide day-to-day acquisition and program support across a range of activities, including developing and maintaining acquisition plans, Class Justification and Approvals, statements of work, technical instructions, Government Furnished Equipment documentation, purchase requisition packages, and contract action trackers. You will support executive actions and read-ahead materials, coordinate staffing packages for review and approval, maintain program trackers and metrics, and provide meeting support, including scheduling, briefing development, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up. You will also support baseline and scheduling activities, track deliveries, spend plans, and spares, and respond quickly to data calls by coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

You Have:
  • Experience supporting federal acquisition, procurement, or program management activities for a DoD or Navy client
  • Experience creating, reviewing, coordinating, and maintaining acquisition documentation and procurement packages
  • Experience tracking contract actions, executive actions, taskers, or requests for information
  • Experience developing briefs, presentations, meeting materials, and status updates for leadership
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate across organizations, and respond to quick-turn requests
  • Knowledge of funding types to track allocations, obligations, and expenditures
  • Knowledge of Navy systems such as AMS and PIEE
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting a Navy acquisition or program office
  • Experience preparing staffing packages and read-ahead materials for signature or approval
  • Experience supporting baseline management, scheduling, deliveries, spend plans, or spares tracking

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
