What You'll Do
- Feature Development & UI/UX: Design, build, and ship native and or cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android), collaborating with UX designers and product managers to deliver clean, highly intuitive user interfaces.
- Full-Stack Engineering: Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js and build scalable back-end RESTful APIs and microservices (Node.js, Express, etc.).
- Launch Preparation: Polish the app, tighten performance under real-world usage, and squash bugs to ensure a seamless App Store and Google Play launch.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, software engineers, and product managers to support business needs and build robust systems.
- Mentorship & Code Quality: Perform code reviews, contribute to team documentation, mentor fellow guild members, and help maintain a high standard of engineering excellence.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in full stack development, with strong proficiency in React.js.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), using React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or similar.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling.
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Express, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments..
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance from the U.S. Government.
Preferred Qualifications
