This position is entirely remote, enabling our team to maintain a focus on high-quality care while benefiting from the flexibility that a virtual workspace provides. Our detox center setting requires a collaborative approach with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are managed with empathy and expert professionalism. We harness technology to facilitate communication and care coordination, ensuring that all staff can access necessary resources and support.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients entering the detox program.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide educational support and resources to families, helping them enhance their child’s development while navigating the complexities of detox and recovery.
• Implement evidence-based practices and strategies using Natural Learning Environment Principles to promote effective interventions.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring the health and safety of clients and staff.
• Develop trusting relationships with clients and families to create a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

The primary focus of this role is on children and families engaged in early intervention programs related to detox services. You will work closely with vulnerable populations, including infants and toddlers who may face significant challenges due to developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding these families through critical early phases of care, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for successful outcomes.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health in Arizona.
• A valid driver's license to enable travel when required.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention contexts, particularly in detox or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong ability to adapt to various learning styles and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices effectively.
