Inland Mental Health Psychological Services is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our collaborative care team in a full-time remote capacity. This key role focuses on providing expert therapeutic support in the areas of divorce and relationship counseling. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorders.
  • Collaboratively design personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address client concerns effectively.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies.
  • Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care for clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
