Inland Mental Health Psychological Services is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our collaborative care team in a full-time remote capacity. This key role focuses on providing expert therapeutic support in the areas of divorce and relationship counseling. This full-time remote position allows for a flexible work-life balance, with structured hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our supportive team environment encourages collaboration and regular communication among professionals, ensuring that all therapists are well-informed and supported in their efforts to provide quality care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorders.
• Collaboratively design personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, needs, and preferences.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address client concerns effectively.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies.
• Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
• Advocate for clients' mental health needs while working to reduce stigma associated with mental health conditions.

This position involves working with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals and families undergoing challenges related to mood disorders, relationship conflicts, and life transitions such as divorce. Our therapists play a crucial role in supporting clients to navigate their emotional landscapes, providing the necessary tools for growth and recovery.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental demeanor toward clients’ diverse experiences and struggles.
• Possess robust organizational and time management skills necessary for effective practice management and administrative tasks.
