What's the role?

As a Brand Management & Marketing Intern you will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. Through this internship, y9u gain hands-on experience in brand management, digital marketing, event coordination, social media, customer insights, and marketing analytics. You will bring creativity, organization, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn to a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

How can you add value?
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure all communications align with company brand guidelines.
  • Support the development of promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Assist with proofreading marketing collateral for accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns for mobile, internet, fiber, prepaid, and business services.
  • Help develop flyers, posters, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution from concept through completion.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
  • Assist in creating engaging social media content.
  • Schedule posts across company social platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and customer interactions.
  • Research current marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Support website content updates as needed.

  • Conduct customer and competitor research.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior.
  • Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Track campaign KPIs, including customer engagement, lead generation, social media growth, and promotion effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Retail, Customer Care, and Commercial teams.
  • Assist with developing sales enablement materials.
  • Support retail marketing initiatives.
  • Help organize promotional inventory and marketing assets.
  • Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
  • Other functions may be assigned.
What do you need?

Education and/or Experience:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
