What You'll Do:
  • Own paid media tracking infrastructure, including pixels, offline conversions, and server‑side tracking
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM data flows between source systems and advertising platforms
  • Establish and enforce UTM governance, naming conventions, and QA processes
  • Maintain data pipelines and reporting infrastructure supporting performance dashboards
  • Build and manage CRM‑based audience lists for suppression, retargeting, and activation

What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ad technology, or marketing analytics
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms
  • 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems and lead routing logic
  • 3+ years of experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • 3+ years of troubleshooting data discrepancies and document processes effectively
  • 2+ years of experience managing marketing data integrations or ETL tools

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
