Job description

As an Executive Assistant, you are a trusted strategic partner to Gong's senior GTM executives. You'll bring foresight, operational rigor, and executive presence to every interaction, ensuring that your leaders' time, focus, and communication are aligned with Gong's highest priorities.

You will work autonomously, often serving as an extension of your executive. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and a deep understanding of the business. You'll collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and cross-functional partners across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and People Ops to drive organizational impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted thought partner, aligning executive time and priorities with company goals, anticipating needs, driving follow-through, managing stakeholder access, and developing executive communications.
  • Operational Leadership: Lead planning for key business rhythms and strategic meetings while partnering cross-functionally to track priorities, KPIs, and deliverables and drive execution. Partner with Chief of Staff and GTM Enablement on internal event execution as needed (RKO, President's Club, Leadership Summits, etc).
  • Team Enablement: Strengthen the EA organization by mentoring and helping develop other admins, streamlining administrative processes, and coordinating onboarding for GTM executives and senior hires.
  • Execution Excellence: Manage complex calendars, global travel, and expenses with precision and discretion while safeguarding sensitive information and representing Gong's culture and values.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting VP, SVP, or C-suite executives in high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to manage shifting priorities with sound judgment and poise under pressure
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate with minimal direction
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
  • Experience supporting a GTM, Sales, or Customer Success organization strongly preferred
PERKS & BENEFITS
  • We offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans designed to fit you and your family's needs.
  • Wellbeing Fund: Flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle.
  • Mental health benefits with covered therapy and coaching.
  • 401(k) program to help you invest in your future.
  • Education and learning stipend for personal growth and development.
  • Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend.
  • Paid parental leave to support you and your family.
  • Company-wide recharge days each quarter.
  • Work-from-home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $102,000-$115,000 USD.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.

We are always looking for outstanding Gongsters! So if this sounds like something that interests you regardless of compensation, please reach out. We may have more roles for you to consider and would love to connect.

We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Gong recruiting email communications will always come from the @gong.io domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Gong via other sources should be ignored.
