Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Administrative Assistant opportunities in Lake Oswego OR 97035(Remote). Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to: 

·       Respond to emails on behalf of the Sales Account Executive in a professional and timely manner.

·       Review incoming emails and forward communications to appropriate internal stakeholders.

·       Assist with the preparation and distribution of renewal documents to brokers.

·       Maintain and update tracking logs, spreadsheets, and other records using Microsoft Excel.

·       Support daily administrative activities for the Sales Account Executive team.

·       Utilize systems such as Salesforce and/or Solaris to access, update, and manage information as needed.

·       Monitor and organize email inboxes to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of requests.

·       Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate communication and completion of tasks.

·       Ensure accuracy and completeness of administrative records and documentation.

·       Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.

·       1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

·       Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required.

·       Familiarity with Salesforce, Solaris, or similar CRM systems.

·       Experience supporting sales teams or account executives.

Pay Details: $15.51 per hour
