Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport through strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, ensuring they feel supported and valued during their therapeutic journey.
• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans focused on each client's unique needs and objectives, actively involving them in their own care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure compliance and facilitate consistent care.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the suitability of services and initiate customized treatment interventions.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice, receive constructive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement holistic care strategies that align with the overall health goals of clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset by seeking out new knowledge and approaches in counseling to continually improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating capability in direct client engagement.
• Familiarity with computer systems including Excel, Remote Management Systems (RMS), Outlook, and practice management software such as Pimsy.
• Experience in conducting intake assessments and providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

While the above qualifications are mandatory, we prefer candidates who exhibit experience in multidisciplinary team environments and possess additional certifications or specialties in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by a fee-for-service model that ensures guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections.
