Job Description

This Project Manager supports the mission by managing each project's day-to-day execution, budget, and client communication so that data collection is delivered on time, within budget, and to the quality and compliance standards All Global is known for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle for data collection, from initiation through completion, including project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Review project documentation with the manager, flag issues that put timing, budget, or gross margin at risk, and partner with Client Services to secure a revised quote when needed.
  • Lead the internal project kickoff meeting with Sales, Panel, and Programming to finalize requirements, timelines, and schedules; work directly with the client to confirm materials and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide clients with frequent status updates during fielding and recommend panel strategies to the panel team to maximize sample.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, panelist incentive payments are issued promptly, and Finance receives the metrics needed to complete billing and invoicing.
  • Ensure all projects comply with ISO 20252/26362 standards, the Company's Quality Manual, applicable industry guidelines (e.g., BHBIA, EphMRA), and other regulatory and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting.
Qualifications

Education and Training Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in market research project management, preferably within healthcare.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or a similar platform, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Self-motivated, with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work well and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet departmental objectives.
  • Able to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.
