Multi-Discipline Collection Manager, Senior
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a collection manager, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop reports and assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighter.
As a multi-discipline collection manager on our team, you'll help your client monitor, manage, develop, and refine collection requirements, collection operations, and multi-intelligence collection strategies. Using your comprehensive understanding of intelligence collection disciplines, collection requirements management systems, collection plans and strategies, and intelligence community coordination processes, you'll assist with executing collection operations management processes supporting CCMD tasking, synchronization, and strategy development to ensure collection requirements effectively support intelligence needs and operational end states. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for expertise and time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in intelligence collection and requirements management. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis
  • 4+ years of experience in intelligence collection management
  • Experience with collection requirements management databases, tools, and processes, including CHROME, NSRP, OSCAR-MS, and GIMS
  • Knowledge of multi-intelligence collection disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, CI, OSINT, IMINT, GEOINT, or TECHINT
  • Knowledge of CCMD and subordinate organization's structure, role, and command relationship
  • Knowledge of cyber operations, threat actors, and technological trends
  • Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by November 2026

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience as a collection manager supporting CCMD or component organizations
  • Experience with intelligence support to cyber
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Completion of a DoW or IC collection management course

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
