• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, develop appropriate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic best practices.
• Engage clients in individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing tailored evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and interpersonal therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including therapeutic progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources while advocating for client rights.
• Stay informed on the latest developments and best practices in mental health therapy through participation in ongoing training sessions and professional development workshops.

As a licensed therapist with Mantra Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your role will enhance clients' resilience and coping skills, empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys.

• Hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to constructively engage clients in their therapeutic processes.
• Have a minimum of two years of practical experience in mental health settings.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Show capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.
• Commit to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus but not a barrier for highly motivated entry-level candidates eager to grow.
